📌 ¿QUÉ?
Sesión de un día de Iniciación a la improvisación teatral para adultos, en español.
El propósito de esta sesión es que los alumnos tengan una primera toma de contacto con el teatro de improvisación.
Descubrir la improvisación es descubrir una puerta a la creación, al crecimiento personal, a la creatividad y al trabajo colectivo dentro de un ambiente lúdico. Por ello esta sesión pretende que los alumnos conozcan esta forma de teatro mientras se divierten y crean su propio espacio. Un espacio seguro en el que explorar los límites de la creación individual y colectiva. Para ello, conoceremos algunas herramientas de la impro y jugaremos con nuestra voz, espacio y cuerpo en esta sesión.
No se necesita experiencia previa.
En esta sesión veremos cómo:
✅ usar las técnicas básicas de la improvisación actual
✅ crear escenas basadas en nuestras propias experiencias
✅ romper nuestras barreras personales
✅ conectar con los compañeros en un ambiente distendido y de juego
✅ desarrollar nuestra imaginación
✅ expresarnos con la voz y el cuerpo
Todo ello en un espacio seguro, creativo y divertido.

Ainara Gómez-Beso.
Ainara es una actriz e improvisadora con más de 10 años de experiencia tanto en la improvisación como en otros tipos de teatro y actuación.
Comenzó sus estudios de interpretación en Guadalajara (España) para después continuar formándose en Madrid en diferentes disciplinas (teatro corporal, texto, voz, narración) con maestros de la interpretación y de la improvisación, e incluso en el extranjero, tanto en Manila como en Pekín. Ha trabajado en todos los anteriores países (Madrid, Manila y Pekín) y actualmente reside en Budapest.
Sus clases son dinámicas, divertidas y cuidadosas, ya que su objetivo siempre es que el alumno se encuentre en un ambiente seguro donde pueda sentirse libre y explorar sus propios retos interpretativos y personales. Su personalidad curiosa e inquieta la llevan a estar siempre en una formación continua constante en relación a las artes escénicas, ya sea viendo, leyendo o haciendo diferentes talleres de teatro.

📌 MIRŐL VAN SZÓ?
Egynapos bevezető foglalkozás a színházi improvizációba felnőttek számára, spanyol nyelven.
A cél, hogy a résztvevők első ízben találkozzanak az improvizációs színház világával.
Az improvizáció felfedezése egy kapu a teremtéshez, a személyes fejlődéshez, a kreativitáshoz és a közös munkához egy játékos környezetben. Ez a foglalkozás lehetőséget ad arra, hogy a résztvevők megismerjék ezt a színházi formát, miközben szórakoznak és megteremtik a saját terüket – egy biztonságos helyet, ahol felfedezhetik az egyéni és kollektív alkotás határait. Ehhez megismerkedünk az improvizáció néhány eszközével, és játszunk a hangunkkal, a térrel és a testünkkel.
Előzetes tapasztalat nem szükséges.
Ezen az alkalmon megtanuljuk, hogyan:
✅ használjuk a modern improvizáció alaptechnikáit
✅ hozzunk létre jeleneteket saját élményeink alapján
✅ törjük át a személyes gátjainkat
✅ kapcsolódjunk egymáshoz egy kötetlen, játékos környezetben
✅ fejlesszük a képzeletünket
✅ fejezzük ki magunkat hanggal és testtel

Ainara Gómez-Beso
Ainara színésznő és improvizátor, több mint 10 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik mind az improvizáció, mind más színházi és színészi formák terén.
Színészi tanulmányait Guadalajara városában (Spanyolország) kezdte, majd Madridban folytatta különböző szakterületeken (fizikai színház, szöveg, hang, történetmesélés) a színjátszás és az improvizáció mestereivel. Külföldön is tanult, Manilában és Pekingben. Mindezekben az országokban dolgozott (Madrid, Manila és Peking), és jelenleg Budapesten él.
Órái dinamikusak, szórakoztatóak és figyelmesek, mivel célja mindig az, hogy a tanuló biztonságos környezetben érezze magát, ahol szabadon mozoghat és felfedezheti saját művészi és személyes kihívásait. Kíváncsi és nyughatatlan személyisége folyamatos tanulásra ösztönzi őt az előadóművészetek területén – akár néz, olvas, vagy különböző színházi workshopokon vesz részt.

📌 WHAT?
One-day session of Introduction to Theatrical Improvisation for adults, in Spanish.
The aim of this session is for students to have a first experience with improvisational theatre.
Discovering improvisation is discovering a door to creation, personal growth, creativity, and collective work within a playful environment. This session intends for students to get to know this form of theatre while having fun and creating their own space—a safe space to explore the limits of individual and collective creation. To do this, we will learn some improvisation tools and play with our voice, space, and body during the session.
No previous experience is required.
In this session we will see how to:
✅ use basic techniques of modern improvisation
✅ create scenes based on our own experiences
✅ break down personal barriers
✅ connect with others in a relaxed and playful environment
✅ develop our imagination
✅ express ourselves with voice and body
All within a safe, creative, and fun space.

Ainara is an actress and improviser with more than 10 years of experience both in improvisation and in other forms of theatre and performance.
She began her acting studies in Guadalajara (Spain) and later continued her training in Madrid in different disciplines (physical theatre, text, voice, storytelling) with masters of acting and improvisation, and even abroad, in Manila and Beijing. She has worked in all these countries (Madrid, Manila, and Beijing) and currently lives in Budapest.
Her classes are dynamic, fun, and caring, as her goal is always to provide students with a safe environment where they can feel free and explore their own artistic and personal challenges. Her curious and restless personality leads her to be in constant ongoing training in the performing arts—whether watching, reading, or participating in different theatre workshops.
